A dance-based fitness class that incorporates elements of urban street dancing. This is such a fun format, you won’t even notice you’re burning calories!

Senior Fitness

Designed for the active, mature adult, this class consists of cardio, strength and balance training. These functional exercises help make the activities of daily living more easily managed.

Lift – 30 Minutes

Correct lifting technique is vital for injury prevention in the gym. You’ll learn the right form for safe lifting, while using a variety of weights and equipment.

Weightlifting 101

This class is a great place to start your fitness journey! Come learn correct form while improving your confidence.


This is a total body workout to get you toned and fit. It’s designed to target every major muscle group for improved lean body mass, metabolism, and overall definition.

Core – 30 Minutes

This 30-minute class contains exercises for the abs and the abs only! Give yourself a solid foundation and a strong core (possibly a 6-pack in there somewhere). You won’t find it funny the next day when you can’t laugh without crying a little on the inside, but after this 30-minute class, it’s best to be sore-to-the-core.

Butts & Guts

Come target your toughest areas. Strengthen and sculpt your lower body, while increasing stability and definition in your core.


Can’t decide how to get your tone on? Try PiYo, an hour class fusing Pilates and Yoga. Burn calories, tone muscles and challenge balance all while getting a great stretch! The class is a little different each time, but always a great workout!
